In Benalmadena Costa, only 20 min. drive from Malaga Airport, you will find the newly constructed resort Mediterra, where this penthouse apartment is located centrally by the pool area with a fantastic view of the golf course, Torrequebrada, the Mediterranean and the mountains, Sierra de Mijas. The old village, Benalmadena Pueblo, is 3 km away, Golf Torrequebrada is a few hundred meters away, and the beach, shopping and restaurants, among these the well-known and enjoyable marina in Benalmadena, are only a few minutes drive from the apartment.

The luxuriously decorated apartment is of a total of 90 sqm. with 23 sqm. of roofed terrace. It is furnished with high-quality furniture (June 2006) and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi), an open kitchen as well as a large living room. The living room as well as one bedroom has access to the terrace and the panorama view. There are further two guest beds available so that the apartment is applicable for a total of six persons. The entire apartment has built-in air-condition with cold/warm air.

In the resort, which is friendly to children as well as the handicapped, there is a large shared pool area with sun loungers, three connected swimming pools with a waterfall as well as separate children's pool. We draw to your attention, that not all pools are open all year.

In the summer season, a lifeguard is present. Furthermore, there is access to a large fitness room with professional equipment and related changing room.

In the resort area, parking is available. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (top) with an elevator from the parking area.

There is wireless access to the Internet through VIP hotspot. One week's access amounts to about EUR 20.
